1.5 Mile Family Fun Run

Bring out the family for this fun, kid friendly event at the High Desert Trails (Gamerco side) just north of Gallup.  All GFFS events are recreational and noncompetitive. Each finisher gets a ribbon.  For competitive running and mountain biking events visit Squash Blossom Classic.

Place

High Desert Trails

  • North out of Gallup on 491.
  • Turn left on Chino Loop.
  • First left onto a dirt road.
  • Staging area will be up the dirt road 2 miles, look for the white tent.

Hours on Sunday

  • GFFS Registration @ event staging area: 7-7:45am
  • GFFS Start: 8:15am 
  • (immediately after the start of the 5k race)
